BETWEEN FORM AND STORY - CRAFTING MATERIAL NARRATIVES
Founded in 2024 by Inna Strokous and Marius Schwald, Studio Bovti creates objects at the intersection of design, art, and craftsmanship. Each piece emerges from direct engagement with materials — from natural stone and papier-mâché to ceramics — combining function, sculpture, and narrative.
In the Cartapesta and Kinoko series, contrasts, transformation, and the poetry of materials become tangible: fragile structures carry weight, organic forms take on sculptural presence, and surreal elements meet function. The result are objects that go beyond utility, uniting material honesty, emotion, and narrative in a language of their own.
